i need help... my fav. car ever!

ive been savin my money for a while and after waiting for a couple years i jus baught a 93 rx7 twin turbo with 43k miles on it. black with black interior 5spd. Now all i need is ur help on some things i should do to my car. all i want is my car to be faster than stock (low 13's) and still be pretty reliable. i have quite a bit of $ saved up for this part so please help im new to the game!

Well 13's is easy with just bolt-ons and an upgraded ECU or stand alone. Before I put in my PFC I ran low 13's with intake, catback, dp, fmic, and bov on a bad run, but I was without a helmet so I couldn't run again on that track.
