I took my fuse panel cover, inside the car, off the car at some point in the past and apparently didn't put it back for some reason. I can't find a desent diagram anywhere. I am hopeing someone already has an image of theirs they can share with me. Thanks.

You can also find a diagram of the fuse box on page Z1-4 from the 1994 Body Electric Troubleshooting Manual.

I was trying to find a fuse for the HVAC controls, but it doesn't look to be on the fuse cover. The blower, the air recirculation button, and AC button all do nothing and won't work. Maybe the Cig fuse?

The A/C relay is located under the hood. Directly to the side of the battery is the main fuse block. Between the battery and the shock tower is the relay and fuse block. This is where the A/C fuse is located (the relay and fuse block). It is a 15A fuse located in the second slot from the left just below the cooling fan fuse. You can find a diagram of it in the 1994 Body Troubleshooting Electrical Manual at page Z1-3.

They seem to look fine...so an AC relay would cause none of this to work? I mean it's not just the AC button that doesn't work, when I turn the blower on nothing happens

IIRC there is a 10 amp fuse in the fuse box by the clutch pedal that, if you replace it, the blower and all that will work. I think it's the fuse on the bottom left...but I don't completely remember. If you post a picture of the fuses I could probably point it out to you.
