I need to find the owner/thread of this car

Hello all,

Like the title says, or the original of this picture before it was enhanced with photoshop. I'm pretty sure its here I saw it before but I cant freakin find it anywhere. I saw it in pictures of a meet/show in an open roof parking building also. Isn't the guy from Korea or something? Anyway, any help is greatly appreciated.

While I don't really care for it...that is one VERY nicely done body modification. LOOK at the fit and finish of the hood and fenders!

Surely someone knows of this car? It is LHD so...that should help.

Nice headlights at least.

Anyone know the brand of them?

looks to be a foreign country? I don't recognize any of the road signs and the garage in the background has cars parked one on top of the other... as in a lift parking system. Which is pretty common in Asian countries.

The only problem with this theory is the "9" painted on the parking spot.

Hard to tell where the car is from. Can't see any recognizable plates or signs. The characters in the background can't be seen clearly either.

I was going to say the pic was taken in Korea..

What spec are you looking for?? by looks of it its LHD, which he/she had to import it from US or Europe. I would think it would of been closer and maybe cheaper to do import from Japan.

Anyhow, if its body stuff, looks fairly obvious.

RE-A hood, bumper and mazdaspeed sideskirts?

The fenders and quarter panel looks custom.

Putting the photos side by side, you see the same side skirts & turn signals.
The cars are also in the exact same position and angle.

That guy did some massive pshopping.(Background, bumpers, color, interior, mirror, wing. Basically whole car except side skirts & turn signals)

Thats easy they took this picture flipped it posted that FD over the FC body and painted it. You can still see the interior of the FC in the shopped pic.

Thats also why the shop name and street signs are backward btw.

The owner of the FC in this picture is located in Japan so GL finding the Owner of the FD

Score one 1 fo me :P

I would have never figured out the FC aspect of it, but I did know that the pic was taken in Japan (lived there ten years) and that the pic was flipped...

Well done grappler!

haha. Damn, Grappler, you've got a good eye.

Another little j-spec giveaway is the automatic folding mirror on that SP20 (Protege5) next to the RX-7. We never got those on our P5s...or AWD.
