i messed up my tranny...

an fd 93 model with 80kmiles, stock with exhaust........ i did a fast start 1-2 gear, stop, try to put first gear and it felt like very sticky or creamy. Put the second gear and i wasn't able to shift, stuck in second, run, and it pop out from second to neutral. What the hell could be the problem??People have problems with 5th gear, mine is perfect! You think if i change my tranny oil for redline mt90 would help resolve it ?

ok, i just took my car for a test drive and it seems back to normal. You think something jammed and released after cooling down, like the clutch, pressure plate or the bearing? The pressure of the cluth pedal was always the same so, i dont know. Yesturday i was sure i destroyed my tranny and today its like nothing happened.
Nobody had this same problem?

via the shop manual:
Clutch section
Faulty disengagement-Clutch disc damaged, disc splines rusted, oil on clutch disc facing, diaphragm spring damged, leaking clutch fluid.
Transmission section:
Jumps out of gear-Weak detent ball spring, worn shift fork, worn clutch hub, worn clutch hub sleeve, worn gears, excessive gear backlash, worn bearing, loose engine mounts or transmission mounts.

check your fluid level, its really weird for it to be working today. When is the last time you changed your trannny fluid not that its gonna help a whole lot.
