Did you crank engine to blow out fuel and put some oil into the chambers?

yeah man sorry for the over reaction...car started after a while....another question though...since my last turbos blew there was oil all over the place i managed to get rid of the oil everywhere except the downpiping...now with these new twins whcih are perfectly fine i had em double checked the boost pattern im getting is 9-7 and it keeps dropping and in 3rd gear im getting 3-4 psi...however once in between i floored it in 3rd n i got 10psi...whats up with that? my avc-r isnt connected right now...will that issue be solved when i get the boost controller in?

No, the boost controller is not going to fix this. You need to get your primary's problems fixed before trying to troubleshoot the rest of it. Check for leaks and see if you can't see what's causing the loss of boost. Has this car ever boosted correctly or have you always had problems?

That sounds like a leaking check valve or a loose vacuum hose. The solenoids need vacuum to operate the actuators - if the check valves or a hose are leaking, the vacuum will run out early (while you're still accelerating) and the actuators won't hold their position. Usually if you let off the throttle for a second, that will recharge the vacuum chamber and restore full boost again.

why are you using a "lazy mechanic" to work on your FD?

IMO, changing the turbos is a DIY job. it's a 3-4 hour job, tops.
