What about cats? Have any? Good, new cat back? Also, to leak that much boost your IC may be craked at a weld/joint somewhere. Stock IC?
the prespool flapper door is the problem i had when i got mine back from fuego. it did allow me to make full boost, though after 5500rpms. the flapper was not hooked up and just flapped away when trying to boost. when i tied it open (in full non seq form) it boosted fine. i doubt this is her problem, as i still ran a high 13(though i am moddified). im betting the vacuum lines to the wastegate are messed in a way that causes the wastegate to stay open, and not boost at all.

Someone already offered to fix it for you, as far as I can tell, for FREE. That means..no money out of pocket (vs. Pettit) and no hasse (vs. Feugo)...

Why are you still here talking?
nothing is for free these days. why are you talking to me then?

The colored lines are turbo and the white ones are emmissions. Shows how little he knows about the turbo system.

And if the Cat was clogged bad enough to give you ZERO boost, the car would not run.

You slackers!

I am thinking this is the result of combined problems. Shesh

What about the I/C? If you checked all the piping already, I would pull the I/C and inspect it.

And, try taking Dale up on his offer. He is just trying to help and understands the ins and outs of this motor. I wouldn't say 'free', I would at least buy him a nice dinner and case of Bud

This guy should have a sign over his shop that says 'Cannot and Will Not Perform Work on Sequential Twin Turbo Cars.' Seriously.

Why don't you come to the central florida RX7 get together on friday and a couple of us can take a quick look at it there, I know we won't be able to pull the manifold right there, but I could do a quick once over to check a couple of things.

rajeevx7 is kind of on the right thinking track here. There are a few vacume lines that run off the turbo pressure pipes and if he pulled all the vacume lines, there could be all your boost comming out of those. I believe that you should be building some boost without the turbo control system hooked up.
