anyone know of an OCR program that can handle Japanese kanji? that actually works half way decently?

Ok...a translation is an HELL-----

just to know...if someone can just translate 3 thing

1)The White grease used on seal and other stuff is?
2)The oil that appear on various photos is? type of oil? engine oil?
3)The black sealant is?

For other stuff I think that photos are very clear
