I have 6 questions regarding your post:

What was your original concern?
Do you mean Block Weld?
Where did you put the Weld Block?
Do your HVAC fans work, but no heat coming out of the vents?
Why do you capitalize each word in your post?
Do you think a few commas and periods would make your post a bit easier to comprehend?

you're fucked. You'll need to buy a new core.

I used that stuff for a few months and my heater worked fine. Eventually the motor went anyway because of the apex seal but it did solve my overheating issues for a short time.

In the past, MANY folk have tried the block weld, and had similar results. It is known to clog both heater cores and radiators (I betcha Majik has the appropriate link!). Anyway, some who've had a continuing leak into the engine after block weld treatment saw an improvement in the situation after a couple weeks running it through the system (i.e. give it time), others needed a second treatment to get it to work, and most nearly all ended up needing to replace the engine after no more than 6 months or so. And replaced the radiator at the same time. And dealt with sucky heat 'cause they clogged the heater core (doesn't ALWAYS happen, just often enough...), which requires removing the ENTIRE dashboard to replace.

sigh....

I used copper block weld on an old motor and it worked great. It does not clog the heater core or the radiator if you use it correctly. You MUST flush everything completely and those who don't bother pay the price.
