I cant get my idle below 1200 rpm's!!!!!

ok well this has been an on going project with converting to a single setup. I am posting it here b/c i believe it has nothing to do with the single conversion what so ever. Anyways my car used to be fine before when adjusting the idle i could kill the car before. Ever since i got my car back and changing things around i cant get my car's idle to get below 1200-1300 rpm. I have the air bleed screw all the way closed and the tps adjustment all the way backed off and it wont go any lower. I know it could be vac leak but i am pretty certain that it is not. Does anyone have any idea y i cant get my idle lower than it is right know. Btw: if it helps i have a power fc.

I think it is one of these things

TPS adjustment (but i already did that and its within spec)
VAC leak
or my car hates me.

Thanks
Charlie.

i dont think that will do it for yeah...i believe if you richen idle the idle will drop but that is just pointless...you probably have a vacuum leak..

ok this is y i am stupid. I deleted the coolant lines going to the turbos and to my suprise i didnt wire it open all the way so the primary plate was open a hair to keep it at that idle. Once i wired that plate open it was all good.
