Maybe you can PM KaiFD3S about if it offers AC compatibility...I think he has a RE VMIC monster kit, too. Keep us posted on your selection.

Bigger is not always better, or at least that's what my ex-girlfried told me . Hahahaha.

The Blitz FMIC is smaller than other FMIC's and sits further back, but it benefits by allowing more air to reach the radiator. The Greddy FMIC blocks the whole passage way through the bumper while the radiator is vertical right behind it.

You have to take off the bumper and hack it up a little bit as well in order to install the Greddy FMIC. The Blitz FMIC does not require you to uninstall the bumper or cut it up in anyway. It also lets you keep your A/C. and does not require the battery to be relocated, I'm pretty sure the Greddy one does as well.

I have a complete kit for sale if anyone is interested.

Just to play the devil's advocate here, larger cores tend to be more resistant to heat soak than smaller cores under the same conditions (mounting location, outside air temps, etc.).

Quality ducting is DEF necessary with the GReddy SMIC. Unfortunately I never got better ducting, though I *did* modify my stock duct to work a but better with the provided metal IC cover.

If I planned on keeping the GReddy SMIC I would def invest in the Pettit duct, however I'm going v-mount as soon as all my parts arrive from the states and see no point in upgrading it now, just to turn around and sell it in like a month.

Ambient temps were probably in the 20's (Celcius)... it was early summer in the UK, it doesn't get too hot here.
