I took my car to a shop to have it put on the dyno to verify some claims and documentation the seller had given me. The car is totally messed up...afrs climbing toward 15:1...all of the documentation he had given me is a complete fraud. Everything the mechanic had reported to me at Puresports is completely invalid. This is RIDICULOUS!!
I will be going after him legally. In the next week or so, I will be filing the case.

The strange thing is that nothing changes if you unplug the ISC all together. Does that mean the ISC itself is bad? Even when it is unplugged the car bounces idle from 600-1100 rpm. This has me pretty pissed.

If you disconnect your Idle Speed Control your RPMs ought to jump up to 2,000- 2,500 and the engine ought to hunt .
Your ISC is not working. Either because the solenoid itself is shot or because the sensors feeding info to the ECU, either the coolant temp sensor at cold start or the O2 sensor after the car is warmed up, are not working properly.
