how to tell if injectors are seated?

Hey all, after finding gas on my LIM after starting my car this spring, I had to replace the FPD (again). After I did that, I had a really high (4000!) idle. Took it back apart, didn't find any missed hoses, but I reseated the fuel rails anyways. My idle came down, but only to 2000 rpm. I have a non-seq setup, and I've thoroughly checked the 10 or so vacuum lines that I do have and can't find anything. The only thing I can think of is that maybe I have a vacuum leak out of the injector seats, if that's even possible Is there any way to check if the injectors are seated without having to take it all back apart...again? Car drives and boosts fine otherwise, and idled normally before I replaced the FPD. TIA.

Spray some carb cleaner in the area you think you have a leak. If idle goes down, you have a leak because it is now sucking in carb cleaner and not air.
