How to remove stationary bearing?

How to remove stationary bearing?
I got my new stationary gear bearing but i do not know how to get it out of the stationary gear. any ideas?

You need to press them out and press the new ones in. We freeze the bearings and heat up the gears to make it easier.

Mazda special tool required:
