How-To Remove rear/front Main seals?

What is the best technique for removing and installing the new seals?

With a seal puller. But I am sure you are looking for another answer so this is it for you. the transmision has to be removed to replace the rear one. The front one you have to remove a stationary bolt, but some most parinoid people remove the engine and have it vertical to remove the bolt. The reson behind this is becouse there is a chance the trust bearings will fall off there spacer.

a very small flat head screw driver, pry against the outer flange into the seal to get it out
and dont forget what rocking rotary said^^
