How to re-install side scoop mesh?

I just noticed that the plastic mesh (grill?) on my passenger-side side scoop (behind the front wheelwell) had broken off.

Can I just superglue it back on? Or will the heat from the passenger-side oil cooler make superglue ineffective?

How do I remove the scoop that the mesh is...was attached to?

Thanks for the help.

There's a spring clip at the leading edge of the vent and two small Phillips screws and plastic clips at the rear which are not accessible while the fender is on the car... unless you've got very small hands and X-ray vision.

The black mesh insert is (or was) held on by three or four plastic posts which were melted and stamped flat to retain the mesh plate. You can re-attach it with hot glue or super glue, and the heat from the oil cooler isn't significant enough to worry about.
