how often to change plugs

Ok its been 7,000 miles for me. My car was just flooded for a few days and then it was running on 1 rotor for a few. I bought new plugs and was ready to put them in when I decided to give the car one more try since it had been a few days. The car started up fine and was running on 2 rotors again. I might just go ahead and change the plugs anyway because chances are they might not be working at 100 percent since they were wet. I've heard people talking about changing their plugs every 5,000 miles. whats the concensus on this one? Also when you put the new plugs in, do you have to worry about putting them the right amount in or do you just turn em till they won't go anymore?

It also dpeends on how you drive the FD. Some people baby the **** out of it, others () drive it hard every chance we get.

Regardless of how many miles I have gone, I ALWAYS change my plugs every 6 months. You'd be surprised what a differance it makes.

It also helps to install the anti-sieze lubricant on the threads. As far as tightening is concerend, I just twist it till it stops. The LAST thing you need to do is strip the threads on the aluminum housings
