The only way to know who much power you have is to put your car on the dyno. Anything else is just speculation and bench racing.

With that being said, I would guess around 300whp. Also having 3mm apex seals has nothing to do with how much boost you can run. The amount of boost is limited to your fuel support and other supporting mods. As long as you are not knocking you can turn it up. All the seals do is help against knock. But it is my opinion that enough detonation will kill any apex seal.

QFT.

Im guessing in the vicinity of 300rwhp as well.
you will get much more once you get a really good dyno tune.

I agree with them. prob around 300 if you're on the stock PFC map. Once it's tuned I would expect another 30-50 hp. Chuck westbrook made around 350 at I think 15 psi on stock ports but with non sequential turbos which adds some flow and power, tom94RX-7 made around 345 @ 18 psi with stock sequential twins and STOCK ports. Your street port will add prob around 15% more power compared to a stock ported engine.

Most people stay clear of running more then 15 psi on the street without race gas or aux injection. And the stock twins are past their efficiency beyond that anyway, although tom94rx7 has been pushing his over 20 psi for a long time now with pump gas, he says he doesn't run them hard when its hot out, which might be why his engine has lasted. I don't know, but if you really need your engine to last I wouldnt go over 15 psi, and always make sure you have enough fuel.

If you are on stock twins, you are already nearing their maximum *semi*reliable limit. You go much more and you get a case of diminishing returns.

you might get 300whp on the first pull if it's tuned decently. Then you are going to experience severe heat soak on any other pulls you make. I say this b/c I see no mention of an aftermarket intercooler. I wouldn't recommend running over 11-12psi with the stock i/c.

Try the regional sub forums for your area. They should have suggestions.

3 mm apex seals don't make extra power they acctually take away from it but make the engine more durable as they are more resistant to detonation.

trapping 115mph on stock twins is actually pretty good, I doubt the previous owner did that with a major boost leak.

Also, you'll get more help from the senior members if you type legibly and like a mature adult

i made 337 whp on stock ports stock turbos @ 14 lbs and that was tuned by me so i'm sure a good tuner would be able to ring some more out of it.. but i didn't wanna push my motor too hard

and the injectors we're maxxed out.. 100% IDC (which is not recommended either as this causes them to overheat)

u'll want to be careful running that kind of boost with stock fuel system.. ur motor wont last long...

u should have a good fuel pump at the very least

How about a picture of underneath the hood. (it wont tell me much, i am just curious)

Ill join the guessing game..
With the info he has given. I would say 289rwp.

IF Rx7 store did the work (is the closest guess with the info given) It would be more like 330. Im sure the fuel system was upgraded. 3inch exhaust doesnt tell me much with out specifics... Maybe 345hp. Depending on Muffler DP and HFC or Resonator pipe.
Last time I tracked my car I pulled a 12.5 @ 112. I had less than 300whp. (Decent launch for street tires 2.001 60 ft)

This post is an uneducated guess......

I guess lower than 300hps, I suggest you need to change fuel pump, spark plugs, spark plug wires, HKS twinpower, and mid pipe.... also your engine core status is the major unit to affect your dyno result.

If add the above parts, I guess max you can hit 330hps
