Do you mean the rack itself or the whole assembly with the hoses and solenoids?

jedon maybe you can help me, dude my second turbo doesnt come on!!! and its hard to even build boost on the primary aswell!! its in first second and third gear that i am getting the problem, 4 th gear if i mash the pedal i will get 10 pounds but still the boost doesnt feel strong as it should. Now i know i have to get my mechanic to remove the manifold to see what the hell could be causing it but to make his life a little easier what solenoid if so can it be? or vaccum hose for that matter? i want to get my boost back!!!! i hate the way the car feels right now!!!!
