How much more power will a complete exhaust add?

Ok, I'm looking at picking up a straight through midpipe for my FD to complete exhaust.

The car came with a HKS Mild-steel downpipe (this is 3" right?), and Racing Beat Dual exhaust and I was wondering if I add a Bonez straight through midpipe how much more power will be added also, will I see a noticiable loudness to the exhaust or will it be just like it is right now?

You oughta slow down on the power mods and get used to driving the car as it is. It's not an Rx-8 and is 10 times easier to lose control of.

Either way, do you have a stock ECU still? If so your boost is going to spike and creep too high and you'll blow your engine.

I do not have a ECU yet,

One of my friends is doing LS1 conv. so he is selling his Pettit ECU he got through Paul from RotorSport.

Should I pick up something like that or do I need a PowerFC? Basically I am staying with stock twins, and I have greddy intakes, pullies, going to have full exhaust, greddy profect b ii boost controller, M2 Intercooler, and I most likely will stay at stock boost, and like sikopath said, later down the line may raise it to 12psi the most.

Pettit ecu would be good for you and your future mods. Dont put the midpipe on. You will get boost creep and or spikes and blow your motor within a week.

Yes I know, the ECU and midpipe would go on at the same time.

Does the Pettit ecu need to be tuned or anything or is just basic plug and play?

Hard Hitter, how do your HKS downpipe and RB dual tip exhaust sound? Those were two of the mods I was planning on installing.

It is plug and play, but you need to find out what stage it is (mods it was programed for).

I had just the HKS DP and RB single and it wasn't much louder than stock. I now have added Pettit resonated MP and it is about the same at idle but is much louder at WOT.

I like the sound of the exhaust. It's a low deep rumble at idle and sounds good at WOT. Nothing too extreme, but I like it.

Also, my friend says the Pettit ECU is tuned for the stock twin turbos, injectors, up to 14psi, and full exhaust with intakes. I think I am on stock injectors, but that's basically all the bolt-ons I have. He wants around $600 for it and it's brand new.

nothing controls boost creep unless you put a beefier wastgate on your car. put the ecu on if you want but its not gonna control boost creep, nor will a boost controller.

Your on the right track, but you arent 100% correct. You cannot control boost creep unless you port the wastegate. You cant put an aftermarket wastegate on the stock twins. A controller on the otherhand would help with spikes...
