a moron put a 30 fuse in a 15 fuse size outlet for my taillight, it practically melt and messed up my fuse box

 

If that's what really caused it, then you're getting a short or something. The only time a higher capacity fuse will cause damage is if the circuit is seeing more current than it can handle, which in this case is significantly more than 15 amps.
