Question how much boost?

what is a safe boost level for stock engine and injectors with a t04 single turbo?

and how about with stock 50k engine and 1600 sec, fuel pump haltech front mount ic?

thanks in advance

depends on your tuning ability. I wouldn't go above 10psi on the stock fuel system.... but considering it is a single.. you may even be moving more air at 10psi than the stock twins at 10psi. Perhaps tuning for less boost will net you the same power and actually be more reliable. If it were me, I would probably go for 8-9 psi with the single on the stock fuel system. Just to play it safe.

as for the second question: That is completely up to you. where is the turbo efficient at? what would your duty cycles be at teh desired boost? what flow will said fuel pump support? Tune safe, and go from there. That is the best advice I can give with the scenario presented.
