How many degrees does the spark advance?

How many degrees does the spark advance?
I am mapping my ecu and would like a couple of questions for a 3er generation engine
1.- Does anybody knows how many degrees does the leading spark
advance BTDC at high rpm, before the turbo start pumping presure to
the engine 13B 93. Whats the maximun and at what rpm range?
and
2.-
How many safe degrees advance for 15 psi . For leading and Trailing?
