It will take a few hours to complete the task to rebuild an engine and to street port it.
I'm pretty sure you are going to spend a lot of money on rebuilding the twins. You might be able to save some money by just purchasing a set of used turbos.

A friend and I will do it all in a weekend for you, but we charge a lot. Like 15 grand. We have mouths to feed(ours!)
From what I gather, its not about the actual labot time, but fitting that labor in. I would expect a few weeks.
