The relief valve closest to the airbox is the "BOV". This is what you'll be replacing.
The one that is closer to the turbos and firewall is the Charge Releif Valve. Leave that one alone.
Didn't the new BOV come with installation instructions?

I'm pretty sure the Blitz won't go in the stock spot. It needs to be put on the intake elbow, and hence requires a new intake elbow as well. I beleive there is a kit that you can buy to make it much easier, and cheaper. But as far as just the palin BOV you purchased, I don't think it will go in the stock location.

If you got the Blitz kit for the FD, it comes with a fitting that plumbs in right where the stock BOV was. It should be SUPER easy to install - like 5 minutes and a pair of pliers easy.
If it didn't come with good instructions, Apexi's website has the instructions for their FD3S BOV kit, and the same principles apply. http://www.apexi-usa.com

If you want to install the Blitz BOV in the exact same spot/location your stock bov is located, then you'll need the adapter (if it doesn't have one already) that connects the Blitz BOV onto the hose that comes off the Y-Pipe. The adapter is a piece of aluminum elbow (90 degree elbow) that screws onto the bottom of the Blitz BOV and then connects to the exisiting hose (comes off the Y-Pipe) with a hose clamp.
If you want to replace the stock bov and install the Blitz BOV on the IC pipe or Compression tube, then the Blitz BOV will have to be welded onto the pipe/CT. With this set-up, the stock bov opening or hose, will have to be capped.

Ok one why did you even get a new BOV if you don't even know where it goes? Not trying to be a dick, but was it really neccesary? Secondly, this has been covered numerous times in past threads and your easiest way to find an answer would have been to search.... Not only would that have told you the answer, but it would have givin you some more knowledge about the BOV, wheres its located, how it functions, why and when it should be replaced, etc....

Sounds like you might have a flange on it already. If you have a flange, all you have to do is remove the stock BOV and put the Blitz in it's place (using the stock hose connections). Then, the only thing you have to deal with is mounting it. This is when pictures would come in handy to see if the flange has a mounting bracket or not. If there's no mounting bracket, you'll need to secure it somehow.
