How F@#$ed Am I???????
Heres the problem......
Installed New Engine (as well as lightened Flywheel/ACT Clutch)
Put about 25 miles on it
Then went to take home from friends and shifting seem to catch a little.
Then next thing I knew.....
Push in clutch - Still has tension
Try to put it into gear and it wont budge.
Turn off car goes into gear fine
Push in clutch - Still has tension and put into gear fine
Start car with it in gear starter moves the car and tries to start engine.
Any ideas????

Sounds like you aren't getting enough movement of the pressure plate.
Have you tried to bleed the clutch yet?
Also, make sure the throw-out bearing is sitting all the way into the wedge collar. I had a similiar problem and it was because the throw-out bearing was only all the way into the wedge collar on the visible side through the bottom tranny access panel. The other side wasn't attached all the way.

there is a air in your clutch system or your hard/soft pipe lines of your clutch is leaking or your clutch master/slave cylinder is leaking or your clutch fork is bent or what Mahjik mentioned. the bottem line is that you aren't getting enough movement of the pressure plate like Mahjik said and are not that screwed.

If it's just the throw-out bearing not attached all the way, it's not a huge problem. You'll probably need to remove the bolts on the slave cylinder since you probably won't be able to push the bearing onto the wedge collar with it in. Then you can just use a crow-bar from a standard car (since it will be a little longer than the FD one) to pop the throw-out bearing onto the wedge collar. After that, bolt back up the slave cylinder and check the movement of the pressure plate while the car is still on jack stands.
Heck I would even start the car on the stands and go through the gears to make sure. Have someone go through the gears and have another person look thru the tranny access panel to make sure everything is working.
If you look down there, and everything appears to be attached fine, just bleed the clutch and see if that helps.

i had this same problem, there is a factory clutch oil line located at the bottom of the brake booster that connects to the tranny. that line has a small hole in it so when you press it in, it stays pressed. the way it happened to me was that i was driving in an alley and the clutch pedal was stuck to the floor and the transmission wouldnt go in gear. i had the same problem. all you have to buy that is really cheap is a aftermarket stainless steel braided oil line. that will last longer than the car. you can buy that for around $35 of the factory one that you will need to change again.
hope it helps

Yeah, sounds really familiar to me, except mine is a 1st gen. I have all the same symptons. It is my pilot bearing! I cant take my trans off, it is stuck like chuck! I have tried for hours to get it off, but nothing. Hope you dont have the same problem, because it is a BITCH! If any one has any ideas on how to remove my transmission, it will help. I am currently pulling on the trans with a come along chained to my rear end and hammering the **** out of the bell housing with a 2x4 and 5# hammer? NOT WORKING! Iam lost, but not quiting, still banging away, trying anything?

Yeah, got my trans out yesterday, back on the streets last night! Pilot bearing was toast at best. All I did was got a crow bar in one hand, my ***** in the other and didnt care about breaking ****! It came right out after I busted some knuckles!

I had pressure on my clutch and it was my pilot bearing. I had everything new from the bearings, clutch, pressure plate, slave cylinder, and clutch master. I dont think I greased the pilot as good as I should have on my 1st install. Now that I have fixed it, it is smoother than ever.
