How do you remove the actual A/c pully?

Im having problems with it.

Also the two main AC lines by the intakes, how can you possibly get them off without removing like everything.

To get the a/c pulley/clutch off you have to first remove the nut in the center. Then you have to get an a/c clutch puller (similar to a gear puller) to press the pulley off.

My A/C pulley has a slight bend on its lip, which thus has frayed the end of the belt. I don't like the frayed belt, so I just got the shorter belt and didn't bother to hook it around the A/C pulley. Screw it, I don't use the A/C and it just draws on the engine more anyhow.

Are you trying to remove the ac compressor or just the pulley? If its just the pulley your asking about, the easiest way is with an impact wrench.

Drain the a/c and disconnect the two hard lines from the back of the compressor. Remove the mounting bolts on the front of the compressor. The compressor will fall off.
