How do I reroute this? (picture)
I ordered my V-mount kit and its on its way, im pretty sure I need to remove that coil, I believe it goes in for the power steerling. Does anyone have any suggestions?
use a different cooler.. just buy some hose, and cooler that would work with your set up...

You can just cut the line (in two particular spots) and the whole loop moves back to right infront of the engine and that cross brace in front of it, I'll see if I can find pictures once I'm off work....

yeah, cut the line and have a bucket handy. Did my vmount install last year. Follow this guys instructions, good writeup and he has a pick of where the cuts are:

Not had one for three years and never noticed the power steering overheating unduly. Also seen several that are just replaced with a flexi hose held on with jubilee clips.

A proper v-mount kit should come with a power steering cooler - not instructions on how to hack the stock lines.
As far as I know, the Rotary Extreme v-mount is the only kit that does. (See their write up here.)
I used a small Setrab oil cooler and mounted it on the cross brace in the engine bay.
And ran some Aeroquip hoses to it from the reservoir and the stock hard line.
As others have noted, the stock rubber lines to and from the cooler are of different diameters: one is 3/8" ID and the other 1/2" ID. I used -6 and -8 AN hoses for these lines (which have exactly these IDs).

Boy racer comments aside, I think most FD owners have been around long enough to have a pretty good idea what features they'd like to keep on their cars.

I might buy a cooler, idk it just seems alot more simple to cut down a piece and connect the hose's
