How do I know engine has been rebuilt?
Hey guys,
I was hopeing you experts could give me a tip. I have bought an FD from japan, and im in the process of importing it.
So, is there a way for me to tell if the engine has been rebuild? a clean crevis in the engine bay? or a particular part of the engine which is polished/buffed that isnt like that stock?.... any way I could know if there has infact been a rebuild?
thanks

However, all you should really care about is the motor's compression. Whether the engine has been rebuilt or not, compression is what matters.
