How do I get the review mirror back on?

I knocked it off and now I can't figure out how to keep it on there

Not sure if somethings missing

funny thread. go back and review the hardware its not too hard to figure out. im not entirely sure and im too lazy to go check but if i remember right there is a screw that u loosen and it will latch back on, then tighten to fasten.

really...really...? its 3 parts, mirror, screw, bracket...if you can't fix this, rethink FD lol I will admit its kind of a pain

It just slides in from the bottom up, the hook part is at the bottom. You might need to bend the metal piece a bit to get it in there

This brings back memories. It was the very first problem I ran into with my FD. I dont remember how I got it back on but I believe I found the answer in the service manual. Sorry I couldnt be much help here

me too!
what I ended up doing was taking the mount off, it's just a couple of screws, and playing around with the two parts until I figured out how it all went back together, there's a couple of tabs on the side of the clip that may need to be bent back into shape but it should all snap back together with a little bit of work.
