how do I get idle back to stock spec, also vacuum question

Basically, I regret adjust my idle and now I want it back to where it should be. I adjusted by turning the little screw next to the throttle body. I know the FD is suppose to idle between 800-900rpm, right now it's around there but it's a bit rough...fluctuates +/- 50rpm or so

also, currently when idle, my vacuum reads around -0.5bar. is this normal?
