How do I fix connectors on engine harness?

How do I fix connectors on engine harness?
Wassup guys.
So i came across a problem.. I'm re-wrapping my engine harness and there are a couple of connectors that broke off!!
I provided pictures of the connectors that broke off and I need help with wat the hell to do.
How do I pull the wire out so I can get a new wire in there and connect it to the pin? Do these connectors come apart? What are my options? The wires ripped off at the very end of the connector so i can't solder the wires or anything... HELP PLEASE!!! any info is appreciated. Thanks a lot!!
and another Q. The black connector has a brown wire that goes to it. This wire has one wire on the inside that connects to the connector and then there is a strand of wires that wraps around the wire and is again insulated.. What is this for? Does the strand of wires need to be connected to the connector as well?.. Let me know guys. Thanks!

You take the plugs with you and go to the junkyard and look at older Mazda's for the same plugs. Pay close attention to the sliding fingers and make sure you have a match. Take them back and splice them in.

If you're looking for new you can get some compatible connectors from BM.
I've replaced the airpump connector with one of those with no issues, just look for the right one.
The wire with the shielding is for your knock sensor.
The connector itself looks OK, I would just buy some new terminals with some wire. I tried getting the same connector new but I couldn't find the one way female connector.
Peel the shielding back, and make sure that it does not make contact with the inner wire or else you'll end up grounding it and in limp mode if you are running the stock ecu. Solder a new piece in and heatshrink it. Grab some foil and wrap it on top of the exterior wire to extend your shield. Just extend the foil near the connector and heatshrink it again, your shielding (strand of wire) doesn't go anywhere and it ends about an inch away from the connector from what I read.
To take apart your connectors, just go on youtube and type, "depin connector"
and go to the third one down. I know its not the same connector but its essentially the same method.

YEah I was gonna go to Junkyard and pick out some new connectors and just splice em and use them.. But I thought it would be just easier to fix them.. I was trying to remove the pins/terminals but couldn't figure it out!! now I got two removed but I can't figure out the 3rd connector... (that gray one from the pic)
Do I have to buy new terminals or is it ok to just reuse the old one that I removed? I was just gonna attach a wire to that same terminal and stick it back in the connector.
And yeah, the shielding ends about an inch or two from the connector. So wrap it in foil? ok, i guess I'll do that.
