How do I cap off a 2.75 inch hole in intercooler duct?
Probably a dumb question, but seriously I have not been able to figure out a good way to cap off or plug the 2.75 inch hole in the intake duct of the PFS intercooler. It's the hole that goes to the pfs intake. What would you guys do? Ideas would be great. Thanks.

I got a piece of aluminum sheet about 3 1/2 inch in diameter, make about 3/4 inch cuts along the edges 3/8 inch apart. Center fit over hole and tap the edges, clamp with 3 inch SS clamp...works well and cheap...paint it if you want.

Haven't tried this yet, because I ended up staying with the PFS intake with a "Cheap Bastard" fresh air mod + air from the duct.
But I had intended on starting with an empty fast-food drink cup. The type that is narrower at the bottom and gets wider at the top. Stick it bottom-first into the hole in the duct until it stops and is snug in the hole. Mark that level on the cup, then fill with silicone a quarter inch or so above the mark. Let it sit until completely cured. Peel off the cup from the outside and then stick the silicone plug in the hole.
Always figured if it didn't work, I hadn't damaged the duct and I was only out a few bucks for a tube of silicone caulk.
