What wax or cleaner(s) have you used to clean and really shine your rear round tail lights?

Whats the best way to rid some minor scratches.

I used this and it really came out good. All scratches were gone and it gave them a nice DEEP shine.

Where in Va are you? If you are close, bring them by and I will polish them for you.

Rick,

I really appreciate that. I am in Northern Virginia Fairfax. So about 4 hours from you.

I noticed the link you mentioned in your reply. Which wax did you use?

I actually used the swirl remover with an orange pad then fallow with polish and a gray pad. The swirl remover and polish are Pinnacle from Meguiars.

ok so I've polished my tails before and I've got a nice ugly white line of polish in the groove where the black meets the clear portions. What is the best way to remove it?
You can even see that nasty white line in the finished pictures of that polishing tutorial.

a soft toothbrush or toothpick.

also try washing the tailights better, run the sponge along the lines so the fibers can get to the residue
