Hood wants to lift up at highway speeds, any ideas?

For some reason my hood wants to lift up on the edges at highway speed 80+mph. But it didn't do it until I put the fenderwell liners back in, but I could go 150+ and the hood was rock solid. Has anyone ran into the problem before and if so how did you fix it. I know I can pull the fenderwell liners backout but I would like to have them in place.

But why should I have to use hood pins on a stock hood, I pretty sure this problem can be solved with the use of ugly *** hood pins.

Are your fenders, bumper, and hood aligned right? I'd think a gap would allow air to get in and underneath the hood, giving ya the lift you're describing. Been in any accidents recently? Had any bodywork done?
