Hondabond

A number of threads mention Hondabond as the ultimate sealant for use on FD oil pans.

The Honda website shows two products, regular and hi temp.

Regular Hondabond

Hi Temp Hondabond

Who has successfully used one of these sealants, and which one did you use?

I used the HT, no leaks so far with about ten months on the engine. I think most people depend on the sealent too much. The prep and technic is as important as the sealent.
