as far as I can tell it's i/c only. Also, I believe it's not an adjustable radiator at all - but a splitter that directs air flow.

The i/c looks very fat - should be good for some serious hp.

I don't have the magazine with me now (at work), but I think the To4 version is out now, and the std version (twins) is coming out soon

I'd be interested to know what the battery kit entailed.

Again, I'd have to check the ad, but I think you can buy the full setup, or just the i/c. I'm almost certain the radiator is separate - the price difference from other v-mount kits would back this up (japanese companies tend to regulate their pricing on similar items)

HKS includes a battery tray and also an elbow for the throttle body.

I figure that it's about the same.

I already have an upgraded intercooler..so doesnt bother me.

I think the V mounts would be good for AZ heat. Unlike the FMIC setups it allows better flow to both the Radiator and IC. Plus Intense is local for me... Anyone in high temp locations have any experience with the VMIC?

But then again Rotary Extreme has an included Rad....

SOLD!

Because I trust ya and you have been good to the forum. Soon as I find another FD and have correct mods and air flow to allow a big IC like that.

Can anyone local in AZ or another hot state tell me the difference in fluid cooling from Vert. mount to Front mount?

To clarify:
For that price, the kit comes with everything you need, correct?

It can't just come w/ the IC, because you need a reconfigured radiator and plumbing, not to mention relocating shtuff to make the "v" part happen

Kit does not come with a radiator. Fairly sure of that, I was looking at the ad again this morning. It also noted that the To4r is currently available, but the twin setup is 'scheduled to be released soon' (it was the september issue of rx7 magazine though...).

It's a truly massive looking 'cooler though - capable of handling very significant hp.

Lately I've been considering the rmagic setup myself - i/c + radiator + apexi intakes - and not too expensive either

Yes I have the kit sitting in my garage

I confirm there is no raditor for the kit.
The instructions asks that the stock raditor be used.
I wil be trying to mount a Koyo.

Mine is a kit for the TO4R so I cannot tell you much about the twin setup

There are all the necessary brackets and also a/c piping.

I actually have the HKS Vmount on order right now.
HKS in Japan asked what kind of turbo ( twin or to4r)I was using, if I was using the airpump or if I had a/c or not.

In the picture it definitely looks like they're using the stock style radiator. I am real curious how the fans are mounted to the other side of the radiator.

Hks makes great high quality products. I like how they kept the factory radiator without any hacking.

Hey if you guys check the new super street, they have a step by step install of the Signal Auto Vmount. Yes, they have one too. But man, they have to hack the radiator up sooo much to make the kit work. It's still cool. Any Vmount on the market looks great.

i'd like to know how the hell they plumbed (or expect you to plumb) the stock radiator. No matter what, your going to have a hose going all the way to the very front/bottom tip of the car...
