HKS Twin Power Question

I believe they are different.
Functionally the FC3S and FD3S Twin Powers are 3 channel and have 2 CDI circuits because the trailing ignition fires so close to the leading ignition.
The RX-8 Twin power should be 4 channel because there are 2 separate leading coil packs rather than sharing a single wasted spark. I would guess its possible to get the RX-8 unit working with a real 4 channel ignition standalone and some wiring work.
