Knock doesn't really tell you anything without knowing what your A/F is....

 

apexi turbo timer ( A/F feature ) could give me accurate value ?

 

That typically reads a narrowband O2 (which is basically a stock O2 sensor), you need to purchase a wideband O2 kit. Look here:
