Question high idle, TAS doesn't help

my car seems to idle alittle high when warmed up to operating temps. a steady 1300rpm. and around 900rpm when cold. I've tryed messing with the TAS but it wont screw any further. i don't have any boost leak either. any idea what it could be? thanks for your help
