Has that beeen since rebuild ??? take car back to whoever rebuilt it. Sounds like you probably got a leak on the inlet manifold. lift bonnet up rev the engine from the throttle body and put your ear to the manifold and see if you can hear the sound of air escaping from tha region..

Regards

Brian

Spray some carb cleaner around the manifolds and see if your idle changes. If not, you probably don't have a leak. Try the air bleed screw or the idle screw on top of the tb.
