High Idle(~25-2600) and too much fuel
So I finally got the car running thanks to the help of some people on this board, but it runs like absolute garbage.... Idle is around 2500 (according to PFC, I swapped to JDM gauges and they arent working right) and it is running so rich I have a hard time getting it to even cold start. Does seem to run a little better with a stock JDM ECU in. Also, cant get boost or power with either, but was able to drive it around the block. I was hoping it would clear up, but no luck. Any ideas?

Anybody??? Any Suggestions??? I tried 3 different boost sensors (2 known good, 1 unknown) no luck there, I'm starting to lean towards the LIM gasket. Anybody got any other ideas? The PFC shows all sensors in range, not quite sure what else this could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I've been working on this car for almost 5 years now, and now that I got it running I still cant drive it... Did get quite hot in the 2 laps around the block I took, but I think that may be a seperate problem.

Ok... It's a 93 Touring w/ R1 dual oil coolers, a PFC (I've been swapping back and forth between this and the JDM ECU while testing), Apexi intake, and JDM (no cat) downpipe. Engine swap was from a JDM S6 R1, JDM Engine harness used (made X-05 Jumper harness). ECU only read a Code 23 (fuel thermosensor). No other engine/wiring mods. Basically trying to get it back to stock running condition so I can at least drive it for now.

have you tried disconnecting the battery for 15 secs and connecting it again to see if you can get boost or power?
recently I was able to drive around the block just fine but without any power or boost after taking out the fuel relay for a deflooding job. turned out the ECU needed to just reset itself.
also, you may need to get your car tuned.

every time I've tried any changes, I've tested with both the pfc and the stock jdm ecu, so it should've been resetting each time, but I'll give it another shot. Thx for the input. Every bit helps,it'll turn out to be some random unlikely problem in the end anyways, always seems to be with my car.
