high flow turbos...
....so what the hell does that mean? what do you do to your turbos to make them ''high flow''? i hear people talking about it but what is it?

There's a number of ways to achieve it, but basically it's either modifying or upgrading the wheels in the turbo so it can flow more air and exhaust. Typical high flow setups involve a larger compressor wheel with a bored out housing to match the larger size and a clipped turbine wheel.
Basically, you have the stock package, but better wheels for better flow.
