They're a good unit - but not used by many FD workshops in japan. I'm struggling to think of one example. Overseas tuners are very hard to find (I've known people who have had to change these ecus when bringing their car back from japan, simply because they couldn't find a tuner).
Also - don't have the luxury of a hand controller type visual display (though the HKS 'navigator' extra has been out recently - not sure if it was compatible).
Honestly, I'd steer away from it, unless you know of a rotary tuner who can tune with it.
"no need to tune as it's already set up to go" - is it running a base map or what? doesn't make that very clear. What is the base map set for?? These questions need to be answered.

DaiOni---2 off the top of my head is RE-Amemiya and FEED, I have several small shops here in Yokohama that use them too. Still doesnt change my outlook on tunning it since there are no tunners in AUS and the PFC is so much easier or at least the F-CON S
