hey

Im 16 almost 17 yrs old, currently living north of chicago. Me and my dad have agreed that if I get a's and b's, by the end of the school year 6 months or so, he will buy me a 3rd gen Rx-7. My deal is that he will spend around 15k, I want to get one thats around 20k and is a good deal. if we find a nice one however, he will buy it, and I just have to eventually pay him back some. I need a job, so I can save up money for 7 months, to get a real nice one, or just to mod it after I buy it.The problem is, I dont know where to get one that will pay me around 700-1k a month working 20-30 hrs a week. Im working on it, but I need some suggestions. I have 6 months experience at ace hardwear BLAH!!!! no one ever work there, bunch of cheap *** *************. got paid ******* 5.50, dunno why I stayed there that long. Then I worked as an Auto Detailer for 9 bucks an hour under the table,( would still be working there sept my boss went a lil nuts on me ) and some other lil places here and there, I do have some experience. Any suggestions would really be nice thanks all. ALSO I WILL BUY AN FD In 7 months in the chicago area if any1's gonna sell then.

Go into business for yourself. The internet is a terrific resource and median for selling things. eBay is an excellent place to start. Stay away from popular consumer electronics such as car stereo and home electronics - as that the profit margin is very low.

I use to retail under a differnt ID (then my personal one below, still keep this to sell my personal things), but find it more profitable now to manage other business' auctions and online sales.

One terrific thing about the internet in general is that it does not descrimate between age, color, sex, religion, etc.

Don't let it get in the way of school though. I happen to have a good job with computers on the night shift, so it compliments my 'day job' well.

Best of luck!

I hear child **** pays well..

JFWY.

Honestly, I will agree with the guys in the lounge, and tell you this probably isn't the car to get. I was 19 when I got mine. I will admit I should've waited a bit longer. And yes, I was a good drive,r and knew a lot about car, etc, etc...

JUST KIDDING! JUST KIDDING!

Martini is right though - these cars take a bit more attention then is right for someone in school. Still though, the kid (actually, I think he's legally an adult now) at http://beyondtheredline.fd3s.net/main.html is just absolutely brilliant!

I would consider a Acura RSX or VW GTi. Fun little cars.
