hesitations in any rpm at 0 psi

So I have 93 5 speed with 0 trouble codes and some crazy hesitation under load. As soon as I get to 0 psi .the car starts to buck and hesitate .the only way to even drive the car and increase rpm is to drive under light load with very ease on the gas pedal. I've tested many components and I'm sure I'm not in limp mode . Something failed .but what? Its like the car was boosting fine but now I can't even get into boost .the only way I can get into boost is by ease on the gas pedal always and until I pass about 5300 rpm or so and therefore the car will ubruptly and violently go into boost.but not normally. It will backfire a little and that's still with ease on the pedal.also, I know its not a vacuum or boost leak. In addition,I've test my whole fuel system and its straight. I don't know what else to test .please ,experienced fd help is needed. Thanks

Check your wastegate it might not be closing all the way or getting stuck, check your BC lines and see it they don't have a cut or leak in them, then check your wastegate it self.

You might just be dumping boost.

Well I just got my injectors flow tested and cleaned and a new fuel pump with filter .so i m starting to believe that its some type of ignition issue. Also .its not a type of vacuum and boost leak. Its more like a hesitation based on load at any gear and rpm. The only systems that I have not tested are the fuel pump resistor and the ignition assembly located on driver side fender. Does any one know of these systems failing and causing similair issues to mine. In addition, I am going to check my wastegate and inspect my ignition harness for anything crucial.

Have you checked your fuel pressure? When changing fuel pumps it's not hard to put them together and not get the o-rings to seal completely.
