Hesitation with bigger throttle input
I get a big hesitation as if the fuel is cut off when I give a full press on the throttle in 2nd or 3rd gear around 2500-3000 RPM. It seems to happen more in the first 5-10 minutes of driving the car. Any ideas?

You probably just have the 3000 RPM hesitation. Search on that, there's a MILLION threads (and old web pages) about it.
It's always worse when cold. There's some things, like adding grounds, that can help but it never really goes away. It's a flaw in the stock ECU.

The original fuel hesitation with the stock ecu was at part throttle, not at full throttle.
(1) TPS voltage from idle to full throttle, is it in range?
(2) Is the fuel pressure regulator working?
Is fuel pressure pressure correct for the boost the turbos are producing?
(3) Is the fuel filter old and stopped up with dirt? Same applies to the fuel pump filter sock.

Tried the ground thing and didn't fix it. Appreciate the info on the fuel angle. Definitely have never changed the fuel filter and checked the other items you mentioned. Will give that a shot. Thanks!
