Bogs @ anything above 1/2 throttle

Bogs @ anything above 1/2 throttle
I have an 86 13B and if I give it more than half throttle it bogs down. It does this between about 3700 to 5000 RPMs. Above that it's fine Below that it's fine. Does anyone have any suggestions?
