Ground it.
Someone said to ground the engine better. I did. My hesitation at 6-7k is gone. I bought 4 gauge ground wires from a stereo shop. The kind used to ground amps. It's cheap and easy to try first.

The grounding issue is one possible cause. Another one might be that you're overboosting and the ECU is sending down a fuel cut. The stock ECU doesn't respond well to over 11psi ... it's not programmed to handle it; so it just tells the fuel injectors to turn OFF. Check your boost gauge in the 6-7K rpm range ... and if you don't have a boost gauge; GET ONE. Or ... you could have a bad MAP sensor. A little more detail would help ...
