Hesitation at 5500 rpm
At 5500 rpm he gets a pretty bad hesitation. Note there is a check engine light for the EGR (Check Code 16).
I just bought last week and am unsure of the connections (see pictures).
Thanks

Your current pictures don't show much:
1. The airpump hoses are open. Not necessarily a problem, but your airpump (if active) will suck in unfiltered air which will shorten it's life. The relieve tube will make an annoying noise when it vents. It won't cause a problem, just an annoyance.
2. The port on the UIM which is plugs is ok. It can be used as a source for a boost gauge.
3. The CRV has been removed and blocked off. Not an issue if the car has been converted to non-sequential.
See if you can get some pictures of the entire engine bay as well as closer shots of the t-stat housing.

Looks like your car still running in sequential. You need to get a CRV valve and install it where that blue plug is at. The previous owner probably though it was a secondary BOV and took it off when that Greddy one was installed.

Technically, the CRV is not that critical. It allows the secondary turbo to vent while it's not being used (i.e. not spooling into a brick wall). The turbo system will work without one although it will add probably some unneeded wear on the secondary turbo.
Judging from that engine bay, you have bigger concerns than the CRV.
