Help where do these ends go?

Hi finalizing my build and i am confused on where these last 2 cables go. One is a loose wire and appears to be maybe a ground and the other comes from the harness.

I also accidentally had them connected to my positive terminal (opposite side of the 2 hole plate) and blew my 120amp fuse. Any suggestions on what else i should inspect as a result of my incompetence.

I think those lugs should be attached to the two bolts on your fusebox, you can see the bolts on the left side of your photo. Is that what you said you tried and blew the fuse? I tracked mine down, and it really does look like that should be it...
